A few months ago EcoMom sent me some organic snacks for my kids to review. We were sent some Revolution Foods organic Mashups, the Grammy Sammy and the Jammy Sammy bars. In my opinion the flavors for all the Revolution snacks are hit or miss although my kids seemed to like them all. The best flavor for the Mashups was the Berry. They kids enjoyed the other flavors that were sent as well which were the Strawberry Banana and the Tropical. We didn't sample the grape. We loved the honey graham and strawberry Grammy Sammy bars and also the Strawberry Jam and Peanut Butter Jammy Sammy bars.
These snacks are a great after school (or in my case after nap) snack for your toddlers. It's comforting to know that they are organic and very healthy for them as well. Below is an image taken from EcoMom's website. This is the nutritional facts for the mash ups. Each flavor will vary slightly.
Quite a difference from the yummy cookies and soda they usually crave. My kids both were very happy to make the switch to these organic snacks and I think yours will too. Because they contain a large amount of fruit they are naturally sweet and tasty!
